In addition to the Anytime Mailbox Terms and Conditions, Renter further accepts and agrees that:

THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY; YOU AGREE THAT THE SHIPPING DEPOT HAS NO LIABILITY REGARDING THE SERVICES; YOU CONSENT TO RELEASE THE SHIPPING DEPOT FROM LIABILITY BASED UPON CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF SERVICES; AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THE SHIPPING DEPOT FROM CLAIMS DUE TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

1. The Shipping Depot has no control over the delivery of mail and any mail or parcels shall only be deemed delivered and in The Shipping Depot’s possession unless such items are received via signature service.

2. Mail will not be accepted for more than two (2) addressees per box without additional fees or rent. Each entity receiving mail must complete a USPS Form 1583 and provide required identification. Mail must include either a PMB or number designation or mail may be refused, delayed, or additional sort fees charged.

3. Mail held for 30 days or more without instructions to scan, forward, or shred will be destroyed.

4. No HAZARDOUS MATERIALS or PROHIBITED OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES may be shipped to Renter at this address. All mail or parcels received for Renter will be valued at $100 or less. The Shipping Depot’s liability for any alleged or actual disruption of service, negligence, error, or other Renter loss shall be limited to not more than rental or service fees paid by Renter, and in no case shall Mail Service be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

5. If Applicant desires to reinstate service after default or termination, all fees, new and past due, including any interim rent since default or termination and a reinstatement fee, shall be paid in advance.
